Payments are accepted through Paypal, a secure on-line payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you don't need to sign up to use this service and can pay directly through Paypal using a debit or credit card.
Pieces are usually dispatched within a week or 5 working days.
For deliveries in the UK we use 1st class Royal Mail. Royal Mail will do their best to deliver your package on the next working day, including Saturdays.
For deliveries in Europe we send a Royal Mail tracked and signed small parcel. It should take 3-5 working days to arrive.
For deliveries to the rest of the world we send a Royal Mail tracked and signed small parcel. It should take 5-7 working days to arrive. However, parcels are often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
All of our pieces are handmade out of natural and fragile materials. Please store them in their original box or any other suitable dry place. Do not get them wet and wear them with a smile :)
It is very important for us that you are happy with your jewellery. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will organise an exchange or refund for you, provided that you notify us within 30 days of purchase.
The following items are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings (unless faulty)
- Sale Items (unless faulty)
- Gift vouchers
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out together.
